Halloween Dance a Thon

SAA’s Spirit Squad is leading our Dance-a-thon  scheduled for Tuesday October 31st, 2017. Sponsor sheets along with Dance-a-thon Campaign information has been sent home with students through their classroom teacher.  We ask that children DO NOT go door-to-door, but rather ask for support from immediate family and close friends. Reminder – Dress Purple Day Campaign – October 24

SAA’s Luke 4.18 has been highlighting the Dress Purple Day Campaign. On Tuesday, October 24, 2017 communities across Ontario will DRESS PURPLE to break the silence and show their commitment to children’s rights to safety and well-being. On Dress Purple Day we acknowledge that it takes a village to keep kids safe. Everybody in the community plays a role in supporting children’s rights.

Cross Country

Congratulations to the St. Agnes of Assisi Cross Country Team who participated in a cross country meet organized by the York Catholic School Board on Monday, October 2nd at Bruce’s Mill in Stouffville. Over 55 students from Gr.4 to to Gr 8 trained for and participated in the meet.
