Catholic Education Week – Healthy School Symposium & Family Engagement Event

Dear SAA CES Students and Families,
Please save the date for Wednesday, May 6th as we celebrate Catholic Education Week with our Healthy School Symposium and Parent & Family Engagement Event.
This community engagement evening is designed to be a fun, high-energy social gathering where students and families can come together and actively participate in a variety of engaging activities (brought to you by X Movement). Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy sessions such as dance, fitness, sports, martial arts, mindfulness, and more.
To fully enjoy the experience, we encourage everyone to wear appropriate clothing and footwear, as you will be moving and staying active throughout the evening. Bringing a water bottle is also recommended.
In addition to the activities, there will be information booths available for parents and families, featuring topics such as nutrition, healthy living, and prevention and awareness around nicotine, cannabis, and vaping. There will also be opportunities for creative activities, including making friendship bracelets, coloring mandalas and making breathing sticks.
