St. Agnes of Assisi Planting Day May 22nd @ 1PM
Rain Date” May 28th
Dear St. Agnes of Assisi Community, We need your help!!
St. Agnes of Assisi CES students are invited to bring a flower to plant in our school garden. The flower(s) should be drought-tolerant so that they may thrive during the summer without much watering. Sun-loving flowers that thrive in bright sunlight may include marigolds, verbena, petunias, zinnias, portulacas, and snapdragons.
*Native pollinator-friendly perennial plants such as purple coneflowers, joe-pye weed, prairie smoke, wild bergamot, tickseed coreopsis and black-eyed susans are also most welcome.
Please bring in the flowers on May 22nd Let’s continue to make the St. Agnes of Assisi School garden the most beautiful in Vaughan.
Thank you for your participation and cooperation.
